Ford Powerstroke 6.4L – Complete New Turbocharger (2008-2010 F-Series & E-Series)

This is a new Turbocharger from Pure Power Technologies. The turbo comes complete with both High Pressure and Low Pressure Turbos and also mounting gaskets.  Please note that this turbo does not come with the actuator.  You will need to remove the actuator from your original turbo prior to sending the core in to us. Balancing is completed using automated two-plane state-of-the-art, OE-level equipment, and corrections are based across the entire operating speed range.

100% End of line Testing Fully built turbos are quality-tested at end-of-line for:

• Leaks – housing integrity
• Oil consumption – bearing selection and assembly.
• NVH – correct balance.
• High-speed test – operating efficiency.

Core return is required. Each turbo is shipped with a RETURN tag for convenience. Simply place the turbo in the original box and place the tag on the outside and drop off at any FedEx location or call us and we will schedule a pickup. A $500 credit will be applied to your purchase once DK Engine Parts receives your core.
